Simply1234 collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to your request and provide the flooring service you ask for. This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Depending on what you choose to use, this may include your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, property area or location, flooring requirements and questionnaire answers. If you use Check My Quote or send us a floor plan, we may also receive quotations, floor plans, photos or other documents you choose to provide.
We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, provide your flooring direction or quote review, arrange measurements or site assessments, prepare or discuss quotations, contact you about the request you made, and maintain reasonable customer-service and business records.
Where reasonably necessary to fulfil your request, relevant information may be shared with service providers, flooring suppliers, installers or contractors involved in that request. We do not disclose personal data for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.
Submitting a service enquiry does not by itself mean that you agree to receive unrelated marketing messages. Where separate consent is required for marketing by phone, SMS or similar channels, we will handle that separately and in accordance with applicable Do Not Call requirements.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it for the relevant business purpose.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, customer-service or business records, dispute handling, or applicable legal and accounting requirements. When it is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying information.
You may contact us to ask about personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent for future use where applicable. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue a service that needs that information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

About WhatsApp and external services
If you choose to continue through WhatsApp or another external service, information you send through that service is also subject to that provider's own privacy practices.
